I do not accept returns unless there was an error on my part. If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact me because depending on the circumstances a return can be made. If your order arrives later than expected, you change your mind, etc. these are not valid reasons for a return.

There are no exchanges unless there's an error on my end. But please contact me with questions, exceptions can be made.

The customer is responsible for the costs for returns/exchanges including shipping. UNLESS I am responsible for the error, then it will come to no additional cost.

Current shipping time is 3-5 weeks. I do not keep inventory so items are made to order which is why there is a longer processing time. However, orders will likely ship well before the 3 week mark.

Expedited shipping is possible but please reach out to me first so I can confirm what would be possible !
